I had a problem with my refrigerator/freezer and was concerned that everything would thaw. I posted a service request on the site and was called back within an hour in the evening and was given instructions on exactly what to do to deal with it.

He told me to defrost everything for 24 hours and then restart the system. He also helped me walk through what I might find and what to do if it occurred. Finally he told me that the cost to replace a board would be $400 if it was needed.

Everything was 100% as discussed and today I have a working refrigerator again and I paid nothing. It is so nice to deal with someone who is so helpful and not trying to rip you off.
