I also am in the service business, not appliances though and Peter from Modern Appliances knew this. I called him New Years eve after I received a panic call from my parents that their fridge quit working after a black out. Being familiar with electrical work myself I was able to repair the fridge with guidance from Peter over the phone. This may sound odd but let me tell you that after my family has been in the service industry for over 50 years, to have someone like Peter, who is a true professional, guide me to make a successful repair over the phone is very rare. This shows how honest, knowledgeable & professional he is. He is a true credit to his trade and anyone using him for their appliance repair needs does not have to worry about being taken for a ride. This guy is the real deal.
