I am a general contractor who asked John to meet with my customer and provide an estimate for a deck. John explained several options very clearly and answered the customer's questions in detail. After the meeting, the customer felt comfortable about working with him, and confident with her final choices after being given so much useful information. She also felt the price was quite reasonable. John and his team did a beautiful job on the deck they built and completed it on time and on budget. He was also a great help with other framing and support issues I came across while renovating the room leading to the deck. It is clear to me that he has a great deal of general construction knowledge and that building and renovating properly and beautifully is very important to him. His costs for dealing with the extras I asked him to take on were very reasonable. John and his crew were a pleasure to work with and kept my customer very happy during their time on the project.
