Coordinated Kitchen & Bath

Our 4 month kitchen and 2 bathrooms renovation was a very positive experience. Michael was our Project Manager and guided us through the process. He drew up detailed plans, made quick last minute revisions when we decided to made a major change to our ensuite plans. He had an eye for detail, kept us "in the loop" with almost daily updates, was quick to alert us to trades schedules, changes and options via text, email and phone. Concerns where addressed promptly and fairly. Quality products were always used. All trades were professional and committed to doing quality workmanship. Several of them volunteered that they were very happy working with Michael and Coordinated. We highly recommend Michael and Coordinated Kitchen and Bath. We would hire them again.

Mike, Nicole and the team were professional and sensitive to our particular requirements. We're very happy with the Reno and appreciate Mike's willingness to make changes when required. We would recommend Coordinated to anyone!

We've been enjoying our renovated condo for close to a year now, so it's about time to write a review. Anything that can go wrong usually does so during the first year, and I'm pleased to be able to say that everything's in good order. That hasn't been my experience with previous contractors. Coordinated Kitchen & Bath does excellent work and my husband and I are happy with our new home.

There were a number of challenges working in our building and CKB tackled them successfully. It an older building (1954) and our suite is on the top floor penthouse. The elevator is not large and it stops at the floor below the penthouse, so everything has to be hauled up a flight of stairs to our suite. The building's construction, while solid, presented some surprises when walls, ceiling and floors were opened up to reveal the 1950s plumbing and electrical, among other things. All of these issues were corrected by CKB to the satisfaction of the City of Vancouver Building Inspector.

They also installed temporary protective coverings on the floors of the common areas of our building and inside the elevator, to minimize the possibility of damaging anything. Our building's caretaker commented to me that CKB was very careful when they were working in our building. They did not leave a mess in the common areas and, unlike as has happened in other nearby buildings, they didn't inflict damage. CKB is professional, courteous and conscientious - I didn't hesitate to recommend them to my neighbours in the building, two of whom had CKB renovate their suites during the past year.

So now we have functional, stylish and worry free kitchen and bathrooms. Plus, they recommended a hardwood floor refinishing company who made the 1950s maple floors look new. Mike, the Project Manager, was easy to work with and suggested several ideas that turned out to be ideal. If I had this renovation to do over again, I would again choose Coordinated Kitchen & Bath.

We found the best kitchen sink here. Great design and good price. The staff was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. We left the store super educated and knowing exactly what we had to do next. It was a beautiful experience and we highly recommend this company.

We dealt with Mike Williams in their storefront at 123 East 1st in North Vancouver. He was exceedingly helpful in finalizing the design as well as choosing the appropriate cabinets. He came to the house when it was still under construction to measure everything out and produced computer-generated drawings.

The installer did such a first-class job even our builder was impressed.

Michael Phillips, staff, and trades did a wonderful job renovating my home. New kitchen, powder room, bathroom, and en suite. Upgrades to the rest of the home, including paint and materials.

Everything was done professionally, on time, and within budget. The tile that Michael and Paula selected is perfect and the frame free glass in the shower was well worth the extra expense. The final results far exceeded our expectations.
