I contacted Rapid Response today after my furnace blower went at 11 pm last night. They were at my house within two hours and found a new blower motor for my furnace and installed it. This company went above and beyond, I breed dogs and had no heat in the kennel, he made sure that i had heat that very day, two trips into the city he was not going to see the dogs without heat a moment longer then required. On November 28 we had Rapid Response Heating come out at 2 am to repair our AireFlow furnace. The technician arrived at my home within 45 minutes and answered the problem. Great!
