I had my ducts cleaned by another company in Calgary who had pressured me to replace my 10 year old furnace, saying that it was old and dangerous. I called Rapid Response to have an inspection & maintenance done on my furnace and the technician advised that my furnace was still in perfect condition - just needed to be cleaned. The honesty was appreciated and I would gladly recommend to anyone!
