More importantly, Katie persevered and got parts for and our bathroom and pot filler faucets at no cost when the manufacturer/dealer initially indicated they were out of warranty, resulting in significant savings.

After successfully completing a bathroom renovations last year, I hired Lets Renovate to do a full house renovation in the spring. I had all my floors replaced, ceilings scraped, some electrical, painting and decided to add on a powder room remodel last minute. Katie and her team were exceptional in helping me resource materials and make decisions on products. They were efficient and responsive even when we ran into a small hiccup (expected with renos). They dealt with it immediately, even returning after hours to address the problem. Her team arrived on time each day and were in constant communication with me throughout the entire project. A stunning bathroom done by Lets Renovate. We needed to replace a deep bathroom tub with a walk-in shower, installed for a senior who needed thoughtful aspects to be included. The project was completed with high quality, modern materials and workmanship by clean and tidy workers who were very respectful of the home. The total project was a large one, which included a new vanity tiling of walls and floor, glass shower, and all associated plumbing hardware and electrical etc. The project was on time and on the budget agreed upon with guidance and help with choice of materials and design every step of the way by the principal, Katie of Lets Renovate. Our last bathroom Reno was about 12 years ago so we opted for a full renovation as certain other parts were ready for replacement.
