Katie and her team did a thorough job in evaluating the work to be done and completed it on time and on budget. The work was done very thoroughly and cleanly. More importantly, Katie persevered and got parts for and our bathroom and pot filler faucets at no cost when the manufacturer/dealer initially indicated they were out of warranty, resulting in significant savings.
