We discovered water coming into basement. Spence from Everhett Underground responded right away and came over that same day. He did some detective work and discovered that the leak was not coming from the outside owner had originally thought, but from water line that was running to upstairs fridge. He stopped the leak and then offered to come promptly after the weekend. Spence gave us a detailed quote if we wanted to use him to fix the water leak from the fridge and damaged drywall. Excellent work and excellent service. Also, he was easy to reach and communicate with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
