Spence was quick to respond to my inquiry the same day and was even able to come on-site and give a rough estimate. He later send a detailed outline of what the work would be and how much it would cost. He was professional very kind and got the job done and where we needed to save cost he was very upfront and honest about it. We had a leak coming from outside into our Cellar which he repaired and installed a insulated door for the cellar room as well as installed a garage door opener. He also made sure everything was cleaned and did not leave any mess behind. I would 100% recommend him.

We discovered water coming into basement. Spence from Everhett Underground responded right away and came over that same day. He did some detective work and discovered that the leak was not coming from the outside owner had originally thought, but from water line that was running to upstairs fridge. He stopped the leak and then offered to come promptly after the weekend. Spence gave us a detailed quote if we wanted to use him to fix the water leak from the fridge and damaged drywall.
