Very long wait time to get project started. Then came the upselling and "extra's". Project came in $4000 over budget and work 90% completed months later than promised. We don't expect to ever have it completed as promised.

I have had two separate experiences with Joe over the past few months. All goals and timelines were met and we had good ongoing communication throughout each process. Thank You Joe and Co.

My husband and I hired Riverson Construction to complete a large project in on our older & dated home. We had the team replace all of our windows, exterior doors, redo all of our siding plus aluminum work. We had some framing done with some walls being extended etc.

Our project manager Chris was excellent to deal with. He put a lot of effort towards communicating with us and ensuring we knew each step along the way.

The team was friendly and very professional at what they did. Quality was easy to see as the guys really seemed to enjoy what they did.

We would most definitely have Chris and his team back on future projects.

We used Riverson to finish off our outside remodelling of our home. I cannot say enough here. They were very professional and walked us through each step of the process so we understood the value we were getting.
There timeliness was much appreciated and they finished as per there commitment. I know there was some extra work required (minor) but they just completed it at no charge and moved on .
Very high performance from the ownership down to the staff!
