Not recommended at all. This is the worst, most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. They are irresponsible and do not deliver on their promises, making me feel completely untrustworthy of their work.

If you want to avoid a headache and a stream of problems, stay far away from this company. My experience has been filled with frustration, and I deeply regret choosing them for my flooring needs. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable option!

Our project started on July 12, and here we are, over two and a half months later, with no completion in sight. Theyve left us with unfinished work, which has been incredibly frustrating.

From low-quality materials to dealing with unprofessional and disorganized installation crews, the experience has been a nightmare. We received wood that had to be replaced, faced repeated delays, and encountered false statements throughout the process, adding to my frustration. When they presented the stairway nosing, it was nothing like I expected. They insisted I accept it, claiming they couldn't provide a better match to the original wood, which I found unacceptable. Now I have to pay out of my pocket to find another place to match the stain and install the nosing for me. I've attached images showing the first and second stained nosing for reference.

Their lack of professionalism and poor communication only added to my dissatisfaction. Promises were made but never kept. If you're considering working with Hardwood Giant Flooring Company, I urge you to think twice. You deserve better!

Ordered from Mississauga Location to install in Ottawa
Installers came late, finished late, were not equipped to do the job, did not bring equipment or manpower, were not told what the job was, did not bring underlay, brought it later with no specifications markings, went home as the window for the elevator to take materials was over. No planning, no support, no clean up done on the emss. Omar tried to fix things but the mess is too much so the new crew did the best they could and now we have to live with this mess till we rip it up and get it done new. 8000 dlrs down the drain with a mess up. The photos dont do justice as the floor creaks and the doors dont close gaps are there all over the install.
