Resilient Windows and Doors

Yevhen from Resilent Windows contacted me every day to say he was going to come to the house to measure a broken window, he would tell us a time, we would agree and then we would not hear back. He did this over and over again. I sent him a message to say I am going with a different service provider and his response was 'that is absolutely no problem, you can choose any service you like'. Then went on to say, ' I'm not going to adjust to you' - as he claimed I was only going to allow him to measure my window from outside which is not true. My tenant was on the text chain because she was going to let him in. He is dishonest and rude and does not follow through. Really disappointing and frustrating.

Yevhen came today and replaced a screen on my patio door and screen on a bedroom window. He did a thorough and excellent job. Everything looks great. He swept and cleaned up after finishing. I highly recommend his services!
