Let me start by saying, as a 40+ Year Computer Professional, I have never, until now, written a review on anyone or anything.

This company was selected on my behalf by an "Independent Energy Consultant" (words to avoid by the way and will require separate reviews.

Extremely unhappy with this installation.

Equipment is working, but that's where the good ends.

Installation work (Especially the Electrical work) was poor, poor poor.

They took my Water heater with them with promises to return it but cannot provide details on it's return. That company is unable to find any record of it's return. I cannot get an answer on the phone number listed on the company web site, however, once i was texted from that number after trying to call it. They simply will not take any responsibility whatsoever for their actions and will not answer calls or texts at this point at all.

Speaking of contact, the address listed on their web site Google Maps to a home in Brampton. There is no other reference to anything or anywhere else. The Main Contact number is a personal Cell Phone that does not have Voice Mail setup on it. Both indicative of a company that simply does not want to be contacted.

Unable to post enough pictures here, but, the "Red" wires in the attached photos are indicative of the poor installation. I needed to bring in an electrician to have this corrected.

They made a mistake when drilling the outside wall for the Heat Pump Wiring and left an unfilled hole from the outside into my basement. As it was buried behind things, I did not find it until it rained an leaked in to my basement. I have since filled it in.

They dropped quite a number of nuts/bolts and washers on my lawn which they did not pick up. Fortunately, I noticed them and removed them before hitting them with my lawnmower.

There was a problem with my older furnace wire to the thermostat and I had to tell the installers how to fix it. Their proposed solutions would not have worked. 1) Move the thermostat to an outside wall, where you should never install a thermostat. 2) Tear my living room wall apart which would not have made the wire accessible as the problem area was in the basement. I laid out a section of the basement ceiling for them to cut which would provide access to the wire and they made a mess of that cut requiring me to spend 2 days repairing it.

My biggest "concern" with this company, however, is their inability and/or unwillingness to take ownership of anything. From what I can tell, they never returned my water heater. At this point I may be required to pay the replacement cost.

Long story short, I will never, ever recommend this company nor will I ever deal with them again.
