Castello Tiling

Im finishing my basement and needed a new shower to be tiled. Derol did an amazing job! He was quick to respond and schedule. He even fixed and replaced some damaged tiles in my ensuite shower. Planning on a few more future projects that I will definitely call Derol to help with.

We recently upgraded on of our washrooms. Daryl was great and easy to work with. He worked around the needs of the building, such as occupancy. He was detailed in his work and was tidy as well. The floor turned out great.

The Castello team is amazing from start to finish, they prepared a detailed quote after our first meeting, and explained some of the finer points of the proposed work. It was clear right from the first interactions that they are well experienced and made customer service a top priority.
When they the job started, Daryl and his team showed up every day they said the would, on time and ready to go. They were always careful to keep the place clean and tidy, and very aware of the interior and exterior environment.

They did a meticulous job of working with a small specialty tile to create a unique feature wall in my bathroom with built in tile shelving. I wanted all tile perfectly matched with no Corian ledges and it was done perfectly. On time and on budget.

Derrol is a fantastic tiler. We had fairly large tiles and he made them fit perfectly. You can tell hes not a rookie and he clearly knows his stuff well. He was clean and very quick and responsive to getting the job done. Contractors can sometimes be shady but I could tell Derrol is a straight shooter and is a man that sticks to his word. A well deserved five star in my books.

We are very please and satisfied with the job Castello flooring did on our bathroom floor. Our bathroom now has the wow factor. Everything was easy from very competitive quote, communication and being updated daily with pics on the progress of the Job. I would not hesitate to recommend Castello Flooring. 6 stars for sure!
