I was in my attic doing some electrical work when I noticed one of the web supports for the roof trust was badly twisted and had come away from the gusset I contacted K-SON Design & Management Services and Hooman agreed to come out and create a correction plan that would resolve the issue and return the structure back to its original design strength.
My wife and I found Hooman to be very professional, responsive, with a vast knowledge on how best to approach this issue. He provided his expertise and a day later we had the plans to execute the correction. He is a pleasure to deal with and would defiantly reach out to him in the future should we need further work.
