Servitech Contracting was fast and efficient and they were avaliable when we needed them. They were polite and punctual, always showing up on time ready to work. They're very skilled contractors and the tile work completed looks absolutely incredible. We opted for a more modern design without a step or shower pan and they were very meticulous in the design ensuring an adequate but unnoticeable slope toward the shower drain. The countertops and glass contractors worked very quickly as well to ensure the bathroom was completed very quickly. They involved us when necessary to ensure we got exactly what we were looking for when it came to the direction of the tiles as well as the grout colours and offered recommendations for the best look and appearance based on their knowledge and experience.

Excellent service, with open and clear communication from the start to the end of the project, with good workmanship, and delivery ahead of schedule.

He arrived on time, was friendly and helpful and he was so tidy that you could not tell he had been here at the end of the day. It is with great respect, that I would most definitely have him back to work in my home and Recommend him with flying colors to others looking for quality workmanship from a knowledgeable  friendly person who does much more than just backsplash installation. He also finished our family room in vinyl planking and it looks Fabulous!

We had a large plumbing leak which had affected our entire main floor. Vanessa was able to provide a timely and very reasonable quote. The team was extremely professional and walked us through the entire process. They were accommodating and started right away which meant the world to us as we had a baby due any day. They took the time to cover everything properly so nothing would be damaged during the renovations. Liviu is very handy and knowledgeable. The business is family run which shows as everyone is polite and they truly care about the small details. I strongly recommend Servitech to everyone.

Liviu is the ultimate professional, he wants to make sure that you are happy with his work. I was pleased that he involved me in making sure that all handles in the tub area were at the right height for me. This was never something offered by my previous installer. Even though he was working in the bathroom he made sure everything was out of all walking areas so bathroom could still be used. Would not hesitate to have him again!

We planned on doing some renovations (painting the entire house, hardwood floor to be stained, backsplash tiles installation, cabinets to be painted throughout the house, vanities to be changed in the bathrooms, light fixtures to be changed, removal of the wood posts from the stairs and replacing them with metal posts) for a while until Servitech Contracting LTD was recommended to us by one of our friends. We contacted them and Vanessa came a few days later to see our house, discuss with us about the renovations and to give us an estimate. She suggested us some great ideas on some of the renovations, she showed us different options for the materials and the estimate was provided to us on the same day. We signed the contract and the work was scheduled while we left for a 3 weeks vacation in Europe, leaving the keys from our house with Vanessa. While we were in vacation she kept us updated on the work progress and she provided us with pictures. Upon our return home, we were pleased to see that the renovations were fully completed and the house was really clean. We strongly recommend Servitech Contracting LTD for any house renovations, they are very professionals!

Servitech was very responsive when I called for a quote. They came the very next day. From the first time I met Vanessa I was very impressed with her experience and extensive knowledge of renovations. She truly knows the heart of a woman and provides very practical advice. You will not go wrong following her advice. Vanessa is super organized and coordinated the whole project so effortlessly that everything flowed so smoothly. They come as a full team so all the plumbing, electrical, painting, tiling etc is done by the team.
They kept the place very clean and ensured that all the furniture was covered and protected.
The quote contained a very detailed price list so you can clearly see the breakdown of what you were getting for the price.
The workmanship is outstanding. Everything was measured and cut with such expert precision and fit perfectly.
Vanessa was very patient with all my questions and took the time to explain everything and provide expert advice. I am soooooooooo happy with how my kitchen turned out. She understood my vision and made it a reality. They were right on schedule and stayed in the budget initially quoted. Everything turned out way better beyond my expectations and I have been getting sooooo many compliments on the new kitchen. I hired Servitech Contracting to install vinyl plank flooring on the second floor. They were professional, stayed on budget and completed the job within the time frame established. Vanessa provided many recommendations on how to complete the project on the second floor so that it would complement the main floor, while considering resale value and provided ideas to update the main floor in the future.

The installation and overall look of the floors turned out great as the team is detail oriented and have a lot of experience with installation.
