We hired Servitech to replace our existing flooring with new ones (mostly engineered hardwood). My experience with Servitech was pleasant from the start. The initial cost estimates were clear and easy to understand. Vanessa recommended a flooring store and also helped us to choose the flooring for our home.

Once the work started, the crew was professional and mostly adhered to the initially agreed upon timelines (with delays to only some minor tasks which did not ultimately delay our overall renovation timeline). They also adjusted well to slight changes in scope and requirements at later stages. As we had not moved in yet, Vanessa also ensured regular communication and status updates, which was greatly appreciated by us.

Ultimately, we are satisfied with the work and would wholeheartedly recommend Servitech to anyone considering flooring related work in their homes.

Vanessa and Liviu are very knowledgeable and professional. We made a lot of changes to our original plans and they were extremely flexible and accommodating. They worked with out budget and were very courteous when working in our home. We would definitely recommend Servitech to family/friends and will use their service again in the future.

We wanted to give our kitchen and washrooms a modern look without major renovations. We appreciated the care, cleaningless and attention to detail of the painting crew. Their prices were reasonable and they worked surprisingly fast. We are very happy how the cabinets turned out and I will strongly recommend this company for painting.

I hired Servitech to renovate my basement and I couldn't believe the amount of attention to detail their workers have. The professionalism, work ethic and iginuity is beyond what I thought could be achieved. It's crazy to think I wanted to do the job myself with a couple of my friends but I know my friends and I could not recreate this even if we had twice the man power. I can't wait to hire them again to renovate the main suite bathroom bathroom!!
