Keyes Contracting

Keyes contracting just finished our kitchen backsplash and we couldnt be any happier. Brent was punctual, informed us of all the days and work times that he would need to complete the job. The craftsmanship of the tile job is fantastic. Brent was meticulous in keeping the worksite clean and was very personable with great communication skills. Brent came to us to give a comprehensive quote including materials and labour. When he started, he was punctual, respected the condo rules and took steps to contain the noise and dust. He protected our counters and cupboards as he worked and after solving several problems, delivered a beautiful backsplash. He politely answered all our questions (and there were many) and he always made sure we knew what was happening today and tomorrow. We're very happy with the experience and are lucky Brent was available to help us.

Brent came In on his off time to give us a new back splash before our 1st Christmas. He did a great job and finished in the quoted time. He was very polite and efficient. Highly recommend.

Brent installed a bathroom vanity for us, as well as painting and putting down a vinyl floor. He also installed a toilet and a light fixture. Brent was very reliable and if he couldnt make it at a certain time he would always let us know. He did a good job for us. We were disappointed with the vanity but that was made by someone else. He always cleaned the worksite each day. I dont give top ratings for anyone because everyone has room for improvement

We purchased a new shower kit and fixtures but decided it was too complex to install ourselves. Brent quoted the job in a timely manner and was able to start the job within a couple weeks. His communication, punctuality and personality made him extremely easy to work with. The job took longer than planned because he wasn't happy with the transition to the existing surrounding tile (and neither were we). He came back on his own time and cost to redo the transition and the end result is so much better. We appreciate his willingness to make it right and would definitely work with him again. Our only suggested area of improvement is the smoothness/cleanliness of some of the caulking/sealant but it's all in all pretty minor.

We had our bathroom remodelled for wheelchair accessibility. Brent was very accommodating and understanding of my wife's special needs. Flooring was done with no transitions for ease of walker and wheelchair use. Work was done in stages to minimalise any disruptions.
Quality of work and professionalism was outstanding. Will definitely use Brent again for other remodelling projects.
