We purchased a new shower kit and fixtures but decided it was too complex to install ourselves. Brent quoted the job in a timely manner and was able to start the job within a couple weeks. His communication, punctuality and personality made him extremely easy to work with. The job took longer than planned because he wasn't happy with the transition to the existing surrounding tile (and neither were we). He came back on his own time and cost to redo the transition and the end result is so much better. We appreciate his willingness to make it right and would definitely work with him again. Our only suggested area of improvement is the smoothness/cleanliness of some of the caulking/sealant but it's all in all pretty minor.
