ALPHA ONE FURNACE & DUCT CLEANING LTD

I booked the company because their price was good for duct cleaning including the dryer duct cleaning. When they came they said they would clean the furnace for an extra charge. At some point they said they were done everything. I decided to check the flexible coil hose that goes from the drier to the wall. When I looked inside I could see that it was laden with lint as far as I could see (about 1 1/2-2 feet down the hose. It had clearly not been cleaned. There was only defensiveness and no apology. That made me wonder if everything else was done well. Regarding the pipe that goes from there to the exterior of the house they said their hose can not get around bends in the piping. I was not happy that there might be lint caught past an "L" in the pipe.

Alpha One Furnace & Duct Cleaning Ltd came to our home on September 13, 2023. The technicians were very respectful and helpful. These technicians took their time, showed us before and after photos. I feel that they did a good thorough job cleaning our ducts.
I would recommend this company to anyone.
