Team Hardwood Floor

I wasn't sure where to start. I had my engineered flooring put down by another company, and they could not finish the job. My house is over 100 years old, and they did not know how to lay the nosing down. They put square nosing when my staircase is round, and it really looked awkward. I contacted Tin, and he came promptly to look at the job. He knew exactly what to do.

I had also called other companies, and all they said was good luck; we can't match the stain or make round nosing. Tin came and said it was simple; he knew exactly what to do. I was a little nervous because he did not explain how he would do it. He showed up the next day and put new round nosing that matched my existing hardwood flooring. He also installed new railings for my basement. He and his crew were very neat and tidy and cleaned up after the job. They were very respectful of my home and worked very efficiently.

The same evening, he sent me pictures of the job, and I wanted him to make a change for me. He came back to my house and made the change without any issue. He said if I am happy, then he is happy. I highly recommend Team Hardwood. Don't be scared if he does not communicate a lot; he knows his trade and will do a beautiful job. I would recommend them to family and friends.
