Just moved into a new home and needed a professional inspection of the washing machine. LegitFix went above and beyond to find the source of the problem, in addition to replacing the gasket. After the service, I was also provided with recommendations on other appliances around the house. I would definitely recommend LegitFix.

Honest and knowledgeable

Jeff has provided several service calls for me in the past and this one was no different. He diagnosed the issue, fixed it the same day and provided a clear explanation and pricing.

Washing Machine Issue

Appliance Repair review in Toronto

My tenant reported an issue with the washing machine, where it did not drain. As the issue required immediate attention, I called Jeff.

He had a prompt response, was able to inspect & address the issue within a couple of hrs. In addition, he notified me of a door switch issue that could lead to a liability issue as a landlord. Luckily, he had the required part & was able to fix everything successfully.

I cannot express how much I appreciated Jeff's honesty & quick turnaround.
