Ralph installed our Weiser door lock in 1 1/2 hours. We appreciated his responsiveness and his confidence in his skills. He evrn took time after the job was done to show us how to use and program the lock. We would definetely use him again. It was a pleasure to meet him. He was slways curteous and respectful of our home.

Ralph did not just rely on photos to give an estimate but came out to my house to make a proper assessment. Others just gave me high assessments off the photos, without seeing the actual damage. I appreciated that Ralph was honest about what only needed to be replaced, rather that just tearing off the whole thing. He and his colleague came when they said they would and were on time.
