The last one I need to spend sometime on. We originally hired him to do the kitchen, basement, bedrooms and bathrooms.
What ended up happening was we took the house down the studs. Thaddeus ended up project managing the entire rebuild from the roofers, to the people who did the extension and under pinning, the windows, HVAC, stairs people and all the trades.
He never left the project. He stayed with it. And built a beautiful custom home in leslieville for us
