Weve used him for

-new kitchen (3 weeks, on time. On budget. No issues)
-converting a one bedroom + den condo into a two bedroom condo and brand new kitchen and bathroom (on time. On budget)
-GC for a custom house

The last one I need to spend sometime on. We originally hired him to do the kitchen, basement, bedrooms and bathrooms.

What ended up happening was we took the house down the studs. Thaddeus ended up project managing the entire rebuild from the roofers, to the people who did the extension and under pinning, the windows, HVAC, stairs people and all the trades.

He never left the project. He stayed with it. And built a beautiful custom home in leslieville for us

Thaddeus replaced a bathroom exhaust vent in our 100 year old house. Mudded the ceiling when he was done and left it tidy and working. Im very happy with the results.

I then was production schedule that was meticulously detailed down to the week, days. This schedule allowed me to be confutable with the whole truly awesome. Their craftsmen were beyond professional and respectful to my home. From laying down flooring covering current, vacuuming after every day and so much more.

I do have them on my calendar to contact in the next few weeks and have them remodel my entire backyard, garage,shed,deck
