Great booking process. Very timely service. Showed up right on time. Resolved the A/C issue on the first try. The service tech, Jayvon, was incredible all around. Couldn't recommend them enough!

During a hot spell, I called 8 repair services. GTS services was the only one who answered, the others did not return my calls. Appointment was given.
-The service tech was early
-He was professional
-Problem solved
-He was a 5 out of 5
Your fee was a pleasant surprise.
I will call again and will give this review to the Condo Property Manager.
