We needed work done that we had been putting off; on good Friday we received a card in our door from Sterling indicating they noticed we needed work done; we called them; and they started that day . They worked every day (rain or shine) until the work was completed. I mean they were there from 730 am until 6 pm at least.

All of our questions were answered. They are extremely knowledgeable about what needs to be done and how it should be done. They know the products and how to fix them.

There were a couple of little items they noticed and completed them. We didn't feel they were rushing. We felt that they wanted the best for us.

We would (and have) definitely refer and use them again.

In my many decades as a Toronto homeowner, of all the contracters I have used for needed repairs and improvements, Sterling has been the absolute best in terms of responsiveness, efficiency, timeliness and delivering as agreed. The most recent work for me was shoring up a front porch which had never been properly supported. It was a pleasure to have them and their workers on the property and to see the final result..

We discovered Sterling after they left a flyer at our door one day. We had needed brick repairs for a while now so decided to get a quote, based on the reviews we found of them online.

Ted and Mike were in contact us and were on site to quote us very quickly after after I reached out to them. We discussed the required work and agreed to a price, and with a break in their schedule they were able to start the next day. Their workers showed up at 7 a.m and were non stop at it each and every day and didnt stop until they were done (other than a lunch break or going home to sleep :) . They did a fantastic job on the chimney brick work, as well as the stairway brick work with the rail replacement as well. Quality work with attention to detail.

While discussing the ongoing work I mentioned issues I was having with a leaking foundation and after looking at that and quoting, we went ahead with them for that based on the quality work we were already receiving. This work was also done quickly and effectively; once their guys were on site they kept at it until they were done without being pulled off to other jobs. In addition, they did some sealing work on the other side of the house while doing foundation repairs. They identified it and offered to do it along with the other repairs without being prompted. That attention to detail is always appreciated.

We feel we were fortunate to connect with Sterling and would highly recommend them for your renos and repairs. The response and communication with them was prompt and open and we never felt like we were being taken advantage of, which is a big scare these days when hiring a contractor you don't know.
