Evan is professional and easy to work with. I like that he suggested upgrades, offered suggestions on improvements but more importantly, he is not pushy. The estimates were clear. The transition from the old DVR to the new was seamless, the new security cameras are fabulous and the learning curve for the new app is short. Im a happy client.
