I desperately needed a repair on my ceiling hvac grill that essentially got damaged from a roofing repair at my condo. I also had another issue where I had to change the air filters every 3 months by going onto the roof of my building which I grew very tired of doing. I explained the situation to Freddie from Zina's Contracting and he offered a clever solution to fixing the problem with a new metal grill with a latch to change the air filters from inside my unit instead of going up onto the roof with a ladder. His solution also saved me alot of money from not needing to install new ventilation leading up to my rooftop hvac unit. I highly recommend Zinas contracting if you are looking for someone that is going to put in a higher level of care and craftsmanship into the work. Freddie didnt cut any corners on this job and Im super happy with the results.

I had Freddie attach a piece of Fascia that was dangling off my roof. He arrived promptly at requested time and was very polite. The finished job was excellent and he went over and above to make sure the fascia was straightened and that the screw heads were colour matched to the fascia.
