Fred came by and quoted the job and was selected due to the fact that he was transparent about the cost of material and time that this would take. I did get a lower quote but decided to go with Zinas contracting because he was able to accommodate our request of mixing colours. Highly recommend

I was referred to Zinas contracting from a friend. I needed my entire house painted so that I could list it for sale. Freddie came with one other person and they did a great job. They covered all the floors, they were mindful of the fact that I just re did the hardwood. I was happy with the result and Id definitely use him again.

I recently had my walk-in closet remodelled (framing, boarding, drywall, etc.) and I couldnt be happier. I found Freddie online and his work is clean, organized and he is extremely easy to work with. I have a few more projects in mind and he will be the first number I call from now on. Extremely happy with the service.

Freddi is super professional and his work was really good. We used him 3 times now, for kitchen grout work, drywall repairs, garage walls repair and full garage painting and repair of a clogged dryer vent and installation of vent grates. I found Zina's contracting on Google and spoke to Freddie. He came by the same day and gave me a reasonable quote and we scheduled a start date. He was very clean from the start to finish, he covered everything properly and was mindful of our belongings. The closet wall turned out great and was seamless. Also, he was really easy and pleasant to deal with. Since then, I've used him with a couple of handyman jobs, and he was consistent in his quality. I would highly recommend.
