We discovered Saycrete as they were doing considerable work in our neighborhood. We needed repairs to our gazebo foundation to prevent any further settling and structural damage. The original concrete footings had inadequate concrete and as a result would not protect the foundation from frost heaving. The shifting had caused us a lot of problems including major settling and potential structural damage.
The foundation, repair and leveling was not an easy repair job especially due to its work area accessibility and as such several other companies we contacted would not even bid on this work.
Marwin was courteous and accessible throughout the two day repair work. The foreman was also quite knowledgeable in all aspects of this work.
Saycretes team arrived on time, removed all debris including the old concrete footings and even asked if I needed any further clean-up. Saycrete is a professional and reputable company. I will certainly contact them for any future work.
