We discovered Saycrete as they were doing considerable work in our neighborhood. We needed repairs to our gazebo foundation to prevent any further settling and structural damage. The original concrete footings had inadequate concrete and as a result would not protect the foundation from frost heaving. The shifting had caused us a lot of problems including major settling and potential structural damage. The foundation, repair and leveling was not an easy repair job especially due to its work area accessibility and as such several other companies we contacted would not even bid on this work. Marwin was courteous and accessible throughout the two day repair work. The foreman was also quite knowledgeable in all aspects of this work. Saycretes team arrived on time, removed all debris including the old concrete footings and even asked if I needed any further clean-up. Saycrete is a professional and reputable company. Alexander and his team recently completed my interlocking driveway re-surfacing and sealing and although we had some minor surface blemishes thereafter (possibly caused by moisture), upon contact he immediately returned and re-applied an emulsion coating which has to date been very effective and solved the problem. I was very impressed with his follow-up calls to ensure all work met my satisfaction and recommend his company highly for driveway re-surfacing/sealing, paving stone repair or other related work. p.s. The same driveway blemish problem happened with a previous driveway sealing company who completely ignored our repeated requests for correction and foolishly blamed my driveway problem on my neighbors. and some extensive work on restructuring approximately two 30 ft. long paving stone sections
