Very frustrated and disappointed. Phillip quoted for entire house reno in June 2023 to be started in July and finished by September (2 months). At first he was responsive; however, there were many issues that delayed the process due to lack of supervision and crew making many mistakes as well as many other jobs coinciding with this one. Last item to be delivered and installed was December and it was not per order. Subcontractor was supposed to replace glass in the new door after having supplied a temporary glass. Phillip said it would be 3 weeks. He was supposed to provide an itemized statement for all the renos and a separate paid invoice for the door since December. Now April and still no response to any voicemails (when I can leave one - his mailbox is often full) and no replies to texts or emails either. Still have no date when the ordered glass will be installed in the door. I cannot with good conscience recommend or refer this non-responsive company.

Will not honour the 2 year warranty, have a leak from en-suite shower into the living room. Will not reply to text messages or voicemails. Do not use this company. Work was completed May 2022.
Looks good on the outside but work done behind the walls is very bad.

Small ensuite that needed an update. Phillip came to review and prepare the estimate. He had some great suggestions for things we had not considered. The written estimate was timely and Phillip answered all of our questions. Project was completed ahead of schedule and remained on budget despite one unexpected problem. It was fixed with no additional charge. The crew completed the work, Phillip came for a final inspection and things identified were completed the following day. Couldnt be more pleased with the result.

Phillip was great to work with. Everything was on time and clean up was excellent. His recommendations were very helpful and he was very patient with all my questions. There were no hidden fees and no surprises. I would use his company for any future Renos and definitely recommend him to any of my friends or family.

We remodeled one 4pcs washroom, two 3pcs washroom and a powder room. Also did flat ceiling reversion, pot light, painting and flooring work. This team help us finish the remodel within 2 months while we living inside. Well- organized and very helpful. We would like to recommend them to all our friends

Phillip is pretty helpful. His team used 2 days in total to remove my condos stucco and put new painting on(around 800sqft). Did all protection and finished on time. Left me a clean area. Very professional.
