Mark came back for a second time to build us a side gate where we needed better security for our yard. He matched the look of the gate to the fence he built on the other side of our yard for us last year and used the hardware I needed in order to lock it from the outside. We love it and are always happy with his work.

How lucky I was to have hired Contractor Mark of DMD Renovations! He and his expert team of Chuck and Parker demolished my outdated, unsafe, and cramped master bathroom and replaced it with one I could previously only dream of. Cognizant of my mobility issues and with my safety in mind, Mark built me a shower that is very serviceable. Easy to enter, it has several grab bars, a built in seat, a rain shower head, and another supported hand held shower head with regulating dials close to the seat. The room is complete with towel racks, a larger vanity and mirror, an extra cabinet, and a toilet with an electric bidet seat. Personable and professional, Mark was always ready to answer my many questions whether in person, or by phone, email or message. I can proudly recommend Mark of DMD Renovations to any homeowner who requires a reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy contractor to manage the project and ensure quality workmanship.

Dmd renovations was very professional and ver accommodating to our vision for our bathroom renovation. They took the time to constantly make sure that every part of the renovation was up to our expectations. If there was an issue it was always dealt with as soon as possible. Very easily to talk to and listened to our concerns. They cleaned up the mess and made sure our belonging was covered. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience and definitely would recommend.

From the get go, Mark was a pleasure to work with on our 2nd floor bathroom renovation. He really took the time to answer our questions, and was willing to work with both our tight budget and schedule. He and his crew went above and beyond to make our renovation as painless as possible, they were always on time, communicated effectively, were respectful of our space, and really listened to what our needs were. When unexpected issues (ancient plumbing!) cropped up they were quick to adjust and do what needed to get the job done right. From the door trim that I wanted just so to match the character of the house, to the fact that there were no right angles to work with, DMD Renovations did an excellent job turning our ideas into a beautiful, functional space.

Mark is lovely. Hes come out to our home multiple times to give advice on projects and even tell us how we could do the job ourselves. He is not pushy, he really does seem to care about his clients and is very helpful. We needed our backyard fence repaired for security issues we were having at our home and in 2 days Mark and his partner built us a beautiful new fence and installed the code lock I purchased ahead of time. He worked with us to make the project work within our budget as new homeowners and we couldnt appreciate him more.
