We had a water pipe leakage in the ceiling right above our dining area which became a complete disaster overnight. My family came home after a family weekend trip and found that our ceiling had fallen out with water leaking everywhere. I called out to my neighbours as I was distraught and he recommended DMD, whom I messaged that night. DMD replied my messages, gave me some good advice on how to manage the situation and came through for me early the next day. Not only did they fix the busted pipe they also worked closely my my Issuance company in renovating my house. Best service I have seen in a long while.

We had a great experience working with DMD and are very happy with our completely renovated bathroom. Mark and his team are very professional, experienced and customer focused. They proposed good options to improve the layout within budget, demo work was very well done, and the tile design is just gorgeous!! Looks like its right out of a beautiful design magazine - looking at the before and after photos, youd never know its the same bathroom. Were very pleased with DMDs work and highly recommend them.

Since the first time meeting him to the last day of work, Mark was nothing less than amazing. He is one of the most reliable, honest and trustworthy people I've ever met. There were several small to medium sized projects that needed to be done to our one and a half storey home. From new eavestroughs to renovating a space in the upstairs to a three piece bathroom, the quality of work that Mark and company performed was absolutely amazing. Mark was wonderful. Very honest and fair. Great quality of work. Helped us turn a small closet into a bathroom and fixed an insulation problem in our attic to better regulate the temperature on our top floor. I trust him completely and would happily use him again!

We started with the fence in July 2019 and were so impressed we re- engaged DMD Renovations to do a full basement install which started December and finished July 2020. There was not one corner cut in the compilation of this work Its a basement we are all very proud of. We very quickly booked Mark to build a new deck and install a new patio door.

We have DMD tentatively booked for late 2023 to completely paint our home. There is not one area of the trades that Mark cant complete to perfection. Grab him while you can. Highly recommend.
