Ys Roofing Inc managed to fix a leaking roof as well unclog my downspout from my 2nd floor. Their work was very professional, tidy and diligent. They were able to fix a shoddy job from a previous company and realign the slope of my roof so that no problems return in the future. I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

We are so happy that we chose YS ROOFING. Simon was so personable and knowledgeable right from our first conversation on the phone. I just knew he was the right guy for the job. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. I have no complaints. We are very happy with our new roof. Definitely a 10/10.

I was referred to Simon by a friend for roof shingle repair a year ago. His team has taken care of the roof since then. Recently I reached out to Simon for shingle replacement quotes - he came in promptly with all available options and colors and walked me through all options with pros and cons. We quickly agreed on timelines and price and the work is already done.
The team came early - walked me through the process, periphery was all covered with sheets and you can see the quality of work and the house left spotless and clean.
Work superbly done by Simons team - cannot complain. The relationship Simon has built will surely go a long way with more referrals and opportunities.
