Simon came out and took a look at the hole in our roof made by some bad actors (fraud). He patched up the hole the best he could the same day and the follow day his entire crew was on the job!

We talked to the neighbors to get ALL our shingles replaced as we didn't want the semi-detached looking odd with half and half shingles, and they were happy with the quote Simon gave as well. Not only did they fix our plywood boards, they did an excellent job installing AND cleaning up after themselves.

There were a few spots to call out to clean and while they were difficult, the crew got the job done. The best customer care happened after - a few boards were left behind because we asked them to, but once we didn't need them, we did not know how to dispose of the boards. Simon alone came back the day after the job and after getting the entire payment, to come remove the pieces for us.

That is customer satisfaction. 100% recommend these folks!

I would highly recommend Y&S roofing for any siding needs. From the time meeting Simon to quote on the job, to the final inspection, It was a pleasure. I redid the soffit , fascia, windows caps , downspouts, gutters and siding on my turn of the century 4 story Victorian.

The quote was competitive and accurate. The work was high quality and completed on time , (despite extremely challenging winter conditions) Site was kept clean. The crew was hard working and very diligent. Simon checked each day over the 5 days, to make sure I was happy with the work. I'm extremely happy with the end result

Simons company YS Roofing repaired my entire roof and I am entirely pleased. Simon is the consummate professional he arrives on time and was very transparent and reasonable with his estimate. The workmen completed my roof within a couple of hours and at every step of the way they sent me pictures and updates. Simon was in constant communication and was always willing to provide explanations when I needed them. I am very impressed by the work that was done based on the before and after pictures that was sent. They took away all they garbage and left my property as they saw it.
