I recently had the opportunity to work with Alex and his team and they are professional and diligent in the quality and standard of work that they deliver. They were well-organized having all the floor-plan details thoroughly planned from start to finish. They are punctual on the job, courteous and respectful to the other trades and professional on site. They know their stuff and deliver what they promise in a timely manner. We recently had the pleasure of working with Levelcon for a major home renovation project, and we are delighted with the results. From the start to the finish, the entire process was relatively smooth, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Like everything else in home renos space, the timelines are constantly evolving. With so many moving parts it is difficult to predict when things will truly be done but in the end the wait was worth it seeing the final product.

We did a 3-4 month renovation and we hired Alex as our general contractor but he did the kitchen flooring and the principal bathroom himself. As a general contractor, Alex interviewed the various trades and prepared a helpful Excel sheet detailing the pros and cons of each bidder and their pricing. Alex was always on our side - diligently seeking the best price and the highest quality of work for us. If some remedial work was necessary, Alex promptly followed up with those companies. At the beginning of the project, Alex also prepared a week-by-week progress chart so we could plan ahead and, remarkably, he was able to stick to the schedule. Alex also did the tile work himself for the kitchen and the principal bathroom, demonstrating his knowledge, skill, and experience. Lastly, Alex and his team are punctual, professional, super friendly, trustworthy, creative, and hard working. Weve really enjoyed getting to know Alex and his team over the past few months. Levelcon was recommended to us by friends, and we are happy to pass along this recommendation to you.
