We had the company clean our carpets recently and their communication was excellent, an excellent thorough cleaning of the carpets and competitive rate! The crew did a very good job, responded well and in general displayed a good attitude. They showed up a bit late, and the job seemed to take a bit longer than it should have. Some sections of the carpet were also completely waterlogged, but hopefully that means they are extra clean. I would utilize them again.
