From dropping over to check out old garage door, taking the measurements, showing me a sample of the door and providing me with a quote, I felt I was in good hands. Ten days later the door was installed. It looks great!

Will was fantastic every step of the way, from the matching and initial consultation through Homestars, all the way to completion of the job. He was flexible in scheduling and clear in his communication. This was what I understand to be a fairly basic job that didn't take too long (one appointment only), even so, Will handled it with care and professionalism. Thank you so much Will!

This is the second time I have used Will. First was for a number of jobs around the house, this time we were getting water leaking into our fridge. Will responded quickly, provided me a quote to fix it and came right on time the next day. He also assured me he knew his way around appliances.

Glad I called Will as we knew that it was the result of a drain tube being clogged, but he literally had to disassemble about 80% of my fridge to find it and resolve it. He showed me what had gotten into my drain line, flushed it all out and put everything back in its place.

Will has proven to be super reliable and extremely diligent in all his work. He was even happy to put all the shelves back into the fridge and ensure they were in the exact spot he found them. It wasn't necessary for him to do that but he obviously cares about great service.

I won't hesitate to call Will again next time I need help with something around my house.

My exterior front porch landing is covered in porcelain tiles. Some of the tiles came off and alot of the grout was cracked and loose in many places. The area covered with tiles is small about 5 ft x 7.5 feet. I had a very hard time trying to get someone to give me a quote on this job probably because it was a 'small' job. Several companies responded with interest in the job but only 2 actually contacted me to quote. One of the two companies was Goodwill Contracting . I sent a pic to Will as he requested of the area with detail of what needed to be done. He gave me a quote. I requested that he come and see the job because the pic could not show to what extent of the work i wanted to be done to repair and i wanted him to actually see in person the extent of work so that my quote would be accurate. He made an appointment with me and he kept in touch and was prompt in coming. I was able to explain and show him in detail what needed to be done. He was very accommodating and i liked that he explained everything that he would be doing. I made an appointment for him to come back and do the job. He kept in touch by text and email arrived promptly when he said he would and did all the work. I was very happy that the repair was done and it looks very good. The work has a one year warranty.
