STR HOME RENOVATIONS

Overall terrible experience. The job was to p;aint an empty condo to prepare for sale. After working on the job for a day, was asked for more money as he did not have enough paint (he couldn't get the new paint to cover the old pain, did not use a primer). At the end of the day he did not finish and said they would need to return the next day. Pushed back the revisit multiple times until he showed it the middle of the night. Used the wrong paint colour to touch up areas so the texture wasn't consistent. Said he would return to fix things but again tried to push back the completion date. Almost 2 weeks and still not finished. Finally just told him to not come back.

I would not recommend him for any work. Day one, mostly construction, day 2, showed up 4 hours late, spent two hours putting flooring down, an hour taking it apart and redoing it properly, on his phone half the time. He was suppose to show up Friday am at 930...didn't.

I found issues with some of the little work he did. not worth the time of money. Left me in a bigger mess than before he came.

Highly recommended! Ramal and his crew were wonderful to work with and incredibly friendly. They painted the entire upstairs and the main floor in just a few days. They were very neat and tidy, cleaning up at the end of each day. Most importantly- their work was spectacular. We couldnt be happier with both the end results and the experience of working with STR home renovations!
