One Stop Bath

They hired a guy named Moe that could not do the job . Charged my visa in full before the job was done . Moe was not able to put the vanity in , do plumbing or the electrical. He knocked out the Hydro to the bathroom and a bedrooms and hallway . When Moe put the vanity in ( the vanity was not leveled and we were not able to open the bottom draw) . Moe also put the old toilet in our brand new shower that we have never used. .He attempted to install the toilet This was not done professional . And the picture of a guy fixing the drywall and the electric is not Moe. . We hired One Stop Bath to have our renovation done professionally , but they were not able to provide service that was promised . I would like my money back in full as nothing was done to code. One Stop Bath charged me $3955.00 for this nightmare. I am still waiting for a refund . My husband and brother in law did the electrical and drywall and installed the fan ( we did the work on this ) . Who installed the vanity was not your company ( we paid ) and for the plumbing not your company ( we paid ) . NOT one stop bath . There is more to this nightmare that was not done . June 21 2024 We where never asked to see if someone else can come over to fix the nightmare . What we agreed on is in the picture I provided . So I took the money what he was willing to give me After many arguments , ( I have text to prove this ) But that is not what was agreed on March 21 2024. The total bills that we paid was $1840.48 and for the work we did . We paid for the drywall , electrical (wires) and buy screws that Moe lost for the bathroom door . On March 21 2024at 5:17 PM we were told they credit us for the extra hours we worked and other parties . SO where is that . Please see the copy of the text from Erps promising me that . We would have not said NO for someone else to come fix the problems that was cause by Moe (YOUR COMPANY ) . My husband was sick at that time and just had surgery . This mess made the situation worse on us. Can you please explain why we paid $3955. -$ 1500=$2455.00 for. What we agreed in the signed contract was not done at all by your company at all . And another text att they never paid for lodging fees . Moe was supposed to be at my house on Thursday at 8 AM no show , Friday at 8 AM no show and Sunday at 8 AM showed up at 11:45 AM ( but Moe called me stating you do know you live far from me ) . And was told that the final payment would be taking off my credit card when the job was done by your company ? Please explained why did your company take the last payment out when the nightmare was happening and you know about it . Please explain so every one can see . We paid for the nightmare. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY DONT WALK .
