We hired RHR to refinish our dated redoak floors throughout the entirety of our house including our stairs. From start to finish, they provided the utmost care and attention to detail making the whole process seamless. Julia is incredibly responsive and personable. From scheduling a home estimate, explaining services, providing suggestions and answering all my questions, she really went above and beyond to keep me informed.
Moe and his team are incredible at what they do. Not only is Moe genuinely friendly but he is also a true professional. He provided knowledge, suggestions, feedback and best practices all the way through. He is very attentive in making sure his client is truly happy with the result and holds his team to a high standard. All the workers really did a fantastic job and the floors/stairs came out even better than I hoped.
