Cosmopolitan Heating and Cooling

My furnace was not starting up and I was informed by a company that it's broken needed to replace so I called cosmopolitan and i told them to please inspect It properly and let me know if it's not repairable then we will get a new one but these people are really very honest. They sent a very good technician who spent 45 minutes and fixed my furnace by replacing a very small part.

Since I moved Ontario I never dealt with a company like cosmopolitan heating and cooling as because they are perfect and professional from the answering service to repair my furnace. They are really honest and reliable because other company with whom I always deals with told me the furnace is dead and I need a new one but cosmopolitan heating and cooling they repaired it same time. I think now I should give a full stop to others and make cosmopolitan my family company.

I had previously used Cosmopolitan for furnace and air conditioning maintenance services - this time around they sent some sub contractor to do the work (not an employee) who did poor service and believe it or not wrote graffiti on my duct work in non erasable marker. I complained to them about it and they did nothing! I will never use their services again.

Saturday evening my furnace suddenly stopped so I called Cosmopolitan as they are my regular service provider so my husband called them for a check up. My mother is very old she was feeling very cold and I had horrible feelings because I was thinking if any part is broken then I am sure that I will take a weeks time due to long weekend. Well when the technician came he found that a part needed to replace and I think I was very lucky as he had that part in his van but thank you so much my mother is also happy and saying thank to you people.

Last month i had a problem with my electric panel and my furnace was making loud noise so I called electrician to fix it and yesterday my furnace stopped working so i called cosmopolitan and the technician was very knowledgeable he quickly asked me if I had problem with my electric panel in the past I then realized due to high voltage it might have damaged my furnace and I would have to now get a new one but technician was professional he had some tools with him and he fixed the furnace right on the spot. This company is really good.

Last year I had a technician came to fix gas leak of my AC from a different company who suggested me that my AC motor is weak and won't perform longer and this year my AC stopped so I called Cosmopolitan to come and check. I have also mentioned the company that my AC motor was week might be its broken and seems to be replace but when technician came he said motor is good and does not need to replace there was some breaker issue which was not allowing my ac to turn on. I am very happy with the honesty on this company and technician. Highly recommend

I bought this house a year ago and got the Furnace & AC inspected same time so the technician who came last year suggested me that they are in good condition. So just want to make sure if they are still good as I am a user of homestars so i searched and found good reviews for Cosmopolitan heating and cooling on homestars and decided to call them. I am very pleased with the job done by cosmopolitan. The technician cleaned the unit thoroughly and was very friendly. I save cosmopolitan number in my phone because I will always have them for my heating and cooling needs.

I got my Furnace and AC installed by Cosmopolitan, but I had a different service guy to maintain the units. Recently my service guy told me that the Furnace pressure switch has to be replace but he did not have that part available so I called Cosmopolitan to see if they have it in stock. The lady over the phone was very polite. she took out my record and also said that its under warranty so I do not need to buy it. She sent over the technician very next day to install the pressure switch. Very helpful

My friend Lorrie got the services for Cosmopolitan and they gave her a discount voucher for the Ducts cleaning as she was not in the need of it so she is very good friend of mine so she gifted me. I thought discounted ducts cleaning will not be as good as regular price cleaning but this was totally against of my thinking it was very very professional . thanks Lorrie for this gift and Cosmopolitan for the great job

Very good job done by Cosmopolitan. The guy was here on time and before doing he showed the dirt inside the ducts with camera and then started the job and he also showed me after the job done with camera. It was very clean. Must recommend them
