Steven gave a professional and accurate quote. He was professional in installation as well as all aspects of drain cleaning. He did over and above what is expected of him; picking up new toilets and disposing of old toilets. And he changed 9 shutoff for me with great care. I would recommend him to anyone I know. I would definitely give him a 5 star but don't know why only 2 stars showed up

Called Steven to fix our plumbing problem, as he was recommended by a friend. We had a drain line that needed servicing in the basement, which was clogged and did not drain fast enough, as water was backing up whenever we flushed a large amount of water from the bathtub upstairs and when the washing machine was in use.

Although Steven was late for our morning appointment, (he had to pick up an urgent emergency call earlier in the morning), he was kind enough to knock off $100 from the bill because of it. He solved our plumbing problem, was very skillful, and had all the tools to do the job well. He's a great guy, and I would recommend him to anyone else looking for a great plumber!
