We were having issues with our balcony door being very hard to open. We were planning to have a get together at our place and people enjoy to hang out on the balcony on warm summer days. I tried to figure the door out myself but I'm definitely not a handy-man! This kind of thing stresses me out.

The G&A team was super quick to get in contact with us. I answered some of their questions and they immediately called and got me slotted in for the very next day. I was already starting to feel a lot better.

On the day of, Shawn arrived at my apartment and was extremely polite and professional. He had a look at my door and immediately knew what was wrong - one of the wheel assemblies was stuck. He explained the repair process in a way that I could understand and gave me a deal that I was very happy with. He even offered to show me how it was done - and I don't think very many people would do this! It was very clear to me that they were doing their best to get everything working perfectly and I appreciated that.

Shawn was in-and-out of my place in less than an hour. I was able to pay him using an email money transfer, which was very convenient for me. Most importantly, the sliding door is now working and I can focus on my party!
