I was one of those unfortunate people who experienced a Contractor demanding more money midway through the project without ny change in scope. Needless to say I fired him. I then decided to advertise on Homestars for individual items to be completed.
Jawad responded to a request for Floor installation and cme to verify detaiils. Looking at ll the outstanding work. He took the initiative to ask if he could quote for that as well.
I was extremely impressed with the speed and quality of work that was delivered. If something was beyond his expertise he reccommended alternate workers nd they performed as well.
