At first I was not sure as Their best cleaner Lisa was not available. However Ian ssured me that Sevi was excellent. Sevi was very pleasent and did an excellent Job. Sevi was very thorough and everything she touched was spotless. I would definitely call Ian should I require any cleaning in the future.

I was one of those unfortunate people who experienced a Contractor demanding more money midway through the project without ny change in scope. Needless to say I fired him. I then decided to advertise on Homestars for individual items to be completed. Jawad responded to a request for Floor installation and cme to verify detaiils. Looking at ll the outstanding work. He took the initiative to ask if he could quote for that as well. I was extremely impressed with the speed and quality of work that was delivered. If something was beyond his expertise he reccommended alternate workers nd they performed as well. Thank you very much Jawad for the work you delivered .

I consider my self fortunate to have met Shafi. He saved me several hundred dollars by fixing my toilets Flush mechanism. Shafi was punctual, came when he said ne would. worked silently and within a short time fixed everything. I would definitely hire him to do additional work anytime. Thank you Shafi

Ian was the first ti respond to my request. He followed up on my request. He came on time. He went above and beyond what he was contracted to do. Ian and Adam. We're quick and within a couple of hours they completed the job and we're outstanding . If I rate there work I would rate Ian 10+++. After 18 years my Air conditioner died in the middle of a heat wave. I entered my information on Home Stars and within the hour Dave from Twin Tech responded and offered to meet me as soon as possible depending on my availability. Dave was very knowledgeable about the products Twin Tech offered and even though this was the first quote I received . I felt very comfortable in giving Twin Tech my business. maybe it was the professional approach. Needless to say that the crew with Greg and Grant arrived promptly at the time they committed to were very professional and within a few hours had the place cool. They cleaned up and one would never know that I had work done . I know that the System is new and I probably wont need to worry about it for some time. However with the professionalism displayed by the crew I feel assured that should I need to call for service Twin Tech will respond. I also know that should I need a new Heating system I will go with Twin Tech. Keep up the good work.
