Elizabeth was prompt and very courteous. She did an excellent job cleaning our home. This was the first time I used Maid Pro and will certainly hire them again..

They have only cleaned my house 3 times but each time they have done an exceptional job and I was very happy with that.

Just started using Maidpro. My bathrooms have never been this clean! We are definitely happy so far!

I needed someone to clean my vacant bungalow to get it all ready for moving in. I called Maidpro in Barrie and was able to have someone come within approx 10 days. It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with an eat in kitchen and a living room. Elizabeth came and explained what she would be doing and showed me a checklist. I paid an extra $30 to have the inside of the refrigerator cleaned. Elizabeth worked very hard and did a great job. The total bill including the tax was $305. I highly recommend Maidpro Barrie AND Elizabeth and would definitely use them again.

Ayrica does a phenomenal job with cleaning our fitness facility every week. After doing many renovations, we wanted to keep the place looking brand new but didnt have the time ourselves to ensure that happened. We hire Ayrica and it makes a huge difference!

Hard working people. Did a great job, just missed a few places. Easier to just clean them ourselves with deadline approaching for moving date, then have them back in. I know they would have come. They quarantee their work. Would recommend.

After having my home renovated due to the tornado on July 15, 2021. There was lots of white dust and other cleaning needed. due to my allergies i was not able to clean. I contacted MaidPro from the Google website and was extremely happy with the service for which was provided. I travel for work and have not problem in trusting Elizabeth with a code into my home. I know that upon my return the home will smell amazing and be clean from top to bottom. Looking forward to my next cleaning.....

Today was maidpros 3rd clean at my home. The ladies providing the service are lovely and very polite, but they are young and inexperienced.
I provided constructive feed back after the first cleaning, the quality of the clean has not improved.

For example some items are dusted some are not, some baseboard is dusted some are not. The hardwood flooring is spray mopped but not all of the flooring, its more of a spot clean. Mats are not moved to clean underneath, but they are vacuumed. Stairs to basement and second level not vacuumed, wainscoting and trim not vacuumed or dusted , items are not moved before washing or dusting, kitchen trash not emptied, morning dishes left in the sink, sink not cleaned. Master bathroom sinks not washed, tub not cleaned, window sills not dusted/wiped( after asking for this to be included with each clean). Master bedroom furniture was dusted but they do not move any items prior to dusting and they do not dust under any raised furniture. Sliding glass garden doors not cleaned. They do not vacuum under any furniture including raised tables or even a wall mounted bathroom vanity.
The side by side his and hers dressing rooms were lightly dusted and vacuumed but they did not vacuum under any raised items and did not wipe the dust from trim or baseboards.
Dog beds, mats or rugs not moved before vacuuming or washing surrounding floors.

I will be cancelling their services.
